Relevant skills, financial tools, education, confidence, and clear resource pathways create more room to choose what comes next.
About Project Lighthouse
We work alongside survivors, community organizations, and partners to make knowledge, opportunity, and support more accessible for teen girls and adult women worldwide.
Why we exist
Project Lighthouse is built on the belief that prevention and empowerment are strongest when they are practical, relational, and informed by lived experience. Our work is guided by deep respect for survivor wisdom and for the organizations already holding communities together.
“Safety is not only freedom from harm. It is the room to imagine, choose, and build a life that is truly your own.”
Our methodology
We connect learning, economic opportunity, and community support so people can shape a future that feels safer, steadier, and more fully their own.
01
Relevant skills, financial tools, education, confidence, and clear resource pathways create more room to choose what comes next.
02
Work, advancement, and income-building opportunities can help turn knowledge into practical stability.
03
Lasting wellbeing grows through agency, community, and access to the support needed to sustain a healthy future.
A global point of view
We believe meaningful change takes root when communities share knowledge, create opportunities, and listen to the expertise of people closest to the work.
We recognize that every community holds distinct strengths, systems, and realities. Our role is to learn, collaborate, and build with care.
We avoid one-size-fits-all solutions. Each person deserves information and options that honor their circumstances, values, and pace.
By linking resources, partners, and practical tools, we help make long-term pathways more visible and attainable.
